Apart from the amendment to Rule 42 being passed, there were several other notable changes to come out of Croke Park at the weekend.

Most notable for the Club will be the change to the age-limit for mandatory wearing of helmets (with face-guard).

This has now been changed to;

"Helmets with face guards now mandatory for hurlers up to Under-21 level"
